where gastronomy, music, and art converge in a unique, architecturally rich setting along the canal.
Founded in 2025, SILO offers a seamless blend of refined dining and elevated entertainment. The kitchen is led by chef Yorre Adriaenssens, whose background includes top Belgian restaurants such as Kommilfoo, and Casello — where he rose to head chef in just four years. His cuisine is rooted in Belgian tradition, shaped with modern creativity, and designed to be both elegant and accessible.
Open Wednesdays through Saturdays for lunch and dinner with every first Thursday of the month, SILO Jazz. Live music featuring the Starlight Quartet — with Antwerp singers N8N and Ludovic as artists-in-residence. During the summer the band takes a little break and will be back in September. Fridays and Saturdays turn into stylish, late-night affairs with curated dinner & dance concepts, bringing a mix of disco, soul, house, and more.
Beyond its weekly programming, SILO is also a private sanctuary for exclusive events.
